SARTA’s fixed route service is the safe, affordable, convenient, reliable way to travel. That’s why thousands of people ride SARTA to work, school, shopping, medical appointments. the library, parks and bike trails, and thousands of destinations across Stark County and beyond–including Cleveland and Akron.

Our state-of-the-art rider tools, including PinPoint and EZfare combined with our free travel training classes make riding easier than ever before.

Reservation / On-Demand Services

In addition to our fixed routes, SARTA offers a variety of on-demand services that make traveling across Stark County and beyond easy and convenient. And we are pleased to announce that we are now offering public transportation in Wayne County via Wayne County Transit. Click the buttons below to learn more about using SARTA On-Demand.

Wayne County Transit

Work, school, shopping, medical appointments, the library, the Courthouse, Wooster to Orrville, West Salem to West Lebanon and all points in between, Wayne County Transit is the safe, convenient, affordable way to travel to and from anywhere in Wayne County.
WCT provides curb-to-curb shared ride public transit service Monday through Saturday from 6:00 A.M. to midnight for the low fare of just $2.50 per trip.

Every year thousands of people with disabilities use Proline to travel to work, school, medical appointments, shopping, senior centers, libraries, parks, and hundreds of other destinations in and around Stark County. We are extremely proud of the essential role SARTA and Proline play in enabling these valued and valuable members of our community to live full, independent lives.

Medline, Passport & Medicaid

At SARTA we’re driven to improve the quality of life in Stark County.

That’s why we created Medline, the innovative service for people with disabilities who hold Level One Medicaid waivers.

Medline delivers free non-medical transportation to qualified riders on specially equipped vehicles driven by highly trained SARTA staff.

That’s why people with disabilities, family members and DD Board caseworkers trust and depend on Medline.
