SARTA is the safe, convenient, AFFORADABLE way to travel to thousands of destinations in Stark County and beyond. We offer a variety of tickets, fares, and discount programs that fit every budget and meet every need.
Ride a little? Our all-day pass is the ticket for you. Ride our fixed routes wherever you want as many times as you want in one day for just $3!
Riding a lot? Our 31-day pass buys unlimited rides and big savings for people who depend on SARTA to get where they need to go 30, 40, 50, or more times a month. It’s the best deal on wheels.
Are you a senior, person with disabilities, or student? We have discounts for you.
SARTA Tickets and Passes can be purchased:
- At any SARTA Transit Center
- Tickets and Passes can be purchased/loaded onto a SARTA SCORE Card
- Can purchase paper/magnetic stripe tickets and passes.
- On EZFare, SARTA’s Mobile Ticketing App (Not all passes are available/offered)
- SCORE Cards can be loaded using SARTA’s Ticket Vending Machine located at all four SARTA Transit Centers
- Ticket Vending Machine (TVM)
- Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) makes it easy for customers to buy transit passes using their payment of choice. SARTA has ticket vending machines (TVM) at each our four (4) transit centers.
- SARTA’s TVM located at Cornerstone Transit Center accepts debit/credit cards and cash. While the ticket vending machines at the Massillon Transit Center, Belden Village Transit Center, and Phyllis Beyers Alliance Transit Center accept credit cards only.

Discount/reduced fare Programs:
Reduced fare fixed-route passes are available for purchase by passengers aged 65 and older or those with a permanent disability. Reduced fare passes can only be purchased, in person, at one of the four transit centers during regular business hours.
In order to purchase any reduced fare fixed-route passes, please bring one of the following forms of identification with you to the transit center;
- Proof of age (65 and older)
- Current (within the past year) SSDI award letter and photo ID
- Medicare Card and photo ID
A maximum of one (1) 31 day reduced pass or two (2) 10 ride reduced tickets or ten (10) 1 ride reduced tickets may be purchased per person, per transaction.
