SARTA - Stark Area Regional Transit Authority

SARTA is embarking on an update to our Transit Development Plan (TDP), a five year operating and capital plan for the agency.
The TDP represents SARTA's desire to use high quality data to plan logically and systematically for the future.

Components of the TDP

Public outreach: meetings, surveys, other events
Internal review of the agency
Financial analysis
Demographic and land use analysis
Evaluation of current services
Recommendations for new and restructure services and capital projects
