Fare Collection Resumes July 1st, 2020
As part of our three week plan to phase in a return to normal that began June 15th, fare collection, which was suspended during the COVID-19 crisis will resume on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
Tickets and passes may be purchased at the transit centers, online at https://www.sartaonline.com/fares, by mail, or via the EZfare mobile ticketing app which can be downloaded for free at the App Store or on Google Play in advance of the fare collection date of July 1st.
SARTA also announced procedures for exchanging expired 31-day fixed route and ProLine passes that were purchased between February 16 and March 16, 2020. Paper passes can be exchanged at any one of SARTA's transit centers or via mail between June 15, 2020 and July 3, 2020. 31-day fixed route and Proline passes purchased via the EZfare app may be exchanged by calling a customer service representative at 330-477-2782 and selecting Option #4 or by completing the form posted at https://www.sartaonline.com/ezfare-exchange. Exchanges must be submitted between June 15, 2020 and July 3, 2020.
