Reading a Schedule

 

If you are riding our bus for the first time, or if you are planning a trip to a new place, welcome!  Here is what you need to know:

Step One:   Find the start and end points of your trip (it is possible you need more than 1 or 2 schedules to complete your trip).  If you are unsure of which schedules you may need contact customer service at 330-47-SARTA (47-72782).  

Schedules can be located at any transit center or on our website.  

Step Two:  Read the schedules from left to right.  The top row indicates where the bus will stop and the column below indicates when the bus will be at that stop.  

Step Three: It is easiest to plan your trip working backwards to ensure you have a enough time to make it to your destination on time.  For example, if you neeed to be at Staples at Arlington at 7:40 AM, then you know you must be at the Belden Village Transit Center at least 5 minutes before 7 AM to arrive on time.     

Helpful Tip: Utilize our PinPoint system to find out exactly where your bus is and to recieve reminders about when your bus will arrive in real time!
