To use SARTA's Paratransit service you must complete an application, which can be obtained by calling 330-47-SARTA or print a copy from our web site. The last page of the application must be completed and signed by a licensed physician.

Proline provides service seven (7) days a week. Thirty-nine Proline buses operate Monday-Friday, with 16 buses operating on Saturday, and 3 on Sunday. In any given month, SARTA’s Proline Curb-to-Curb service provides an average of 13,000 rides to qualified individuals within Stark County.

Using the ServiceQualified riders can call 330-455-2292 to make reservations 3-4 days in advance (depending on the day). Reservations are accepted during normal business hours on any day preceding a service day. Paratransit service and hours reflect the days and hours of fixed route service. All rides are "curb-to-curb". Curb-to-curb means the driver picks the passenger up at the curb and drops the passenger off at the curb.

Requesting ADA Paratransit Form:  When requesting an ADA Paratransit form, include your name, address and phone number (with area code).

ADA Application:  The ADA Application form can be obtained in PDF format. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to print the application.
