Director's Message
Across the nation and here in Stark County transit has become important to so many people. With the rise of gas prices, changing economic circumstances and an aging population our ridership has increased over 21% in the last year.
Every day SARTA makes it possible for someone to get to work or find work, reach medical care, get to the grocery store or school. The disabled individuals, seniors, students and employees we see on a daily basis who rely on SARTA are why our staff, our board and I work so hard to ensure that we provide reliable transportation to this community.
