Certificate of Achievement for Excellence... The Finance & Administration Department is proud to announce that in 2007, SARTA has received its third consecutive CAFR award! The CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report) is "the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting" as stated by the Government Finance Officers Association.
