The EEO/Safety & Risk Department provides, updates and maintains all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) information as well as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) information for reporting to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

SARTA is a drug free workplace. The EEO/Safety Risk Administrator tracks and processes all Drug and Alcohol testing for current and future employees and oversees the reporting of results to departmental supervisors. The EEO/Safety & Risk Department manages all Workers Compensation and insurance claims.
