There are five full time employees that provide the public with schedules and route information, answer frequently asked riders questions, and sell tickets and passes. This is accomplished over the telephone via LiveChat, and/or in person at Massillon, Alliance, Canton (Cornerstone) Transfer Centers and the Gateway Administrative Building. CSRs also staff rider information booths at local events and fairs.
