Complaint Process
The Stark Area Regional Transit Authority is
committed to offering safe, dependable, cost effective, customer focused
transportation to our community. As such, SARTA operates its
programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin,
age, gender or disability.
If you feel you have been discriminated against based on one of the
above characteristics, you have the right to file a complaint. For
more information on your rights, or to file a complaint, you can do the
following:
1. Download the
Title VI Complaint Form and mail it to the

2. Call Customer Service at 330-454-6132 to verbally start
the complain process.
3. Come to our administrative offices located at 1600
Gateway Blvd. SE, Canton, OH 44707 and request a complaint form.
